Creating a simple system for admins of companies to quickly accept payments into their company bank accounts.

Our clients were only able to accept payments one at a time and had to click links in their email to view the payment. We wanted to create a system where the client could log in and view all payments that were sent to them, and accept multiple payments in one workflow.
Now when a payment has been sent to a Company there is a dedicated page, called Payment Management, where any Accept Payment Admins can see all of the payments that have been sent to the company.
Because this page is accessible to anyone with the Accept Payment permission, there is no longer a reliance on a single individual to accept the payment.
The bulk of the page is a custom designed table that scales perfectly on all screen sizes, including large desktop screens to the smallest of phone screens.
Simply check the boxes of the payments you want to accept, click the accept payment button, and select the bank account that the payments will be sent to.
